***** ******** Phone ***** ******** ~ Mobile ***** ******** November 1st, 2023, I called number from GEEK SQUAD email message; (707)733-0780 to dispute the Addie Thomas claim that I would be charged $189.00 on November 1st for another (the same) warranty bought on a TV from Best Buy in Visalia in March 2023. I spoke to Max Wilson and this led to a promise to reverse the charges of the amount to be charged. The cost was reduced to $150 and I was asked (told) to enter this amount from my computer to a BLACKBOX spreadsheet displayed on my computer screen. That amount became 15,000.00 with an explanation it was a mistake and since it was transferred to my checking account, I should withdraw it because “we” transferred it to you! The cash taken out will go to BitCoin machine deposit with a code figure sent to me, in a machine that I was given directions to. Meanwhile “they” accessed my bank account for accounting purposes of wanting to see the transfer so they could recover it. They locked into my computer saying that this was necessary to transfer the funds. Max said to me not to shut my computer off because it would corrupt the transfer back from me, and the screen was frozen as a result of “compliance”. While I was unable to use my computer, HANDS OFF, they transferred funds from my savings to checking account $65,000.00. November 8, 2023, I saw that they were transferring this money out of my savings transferring to my checking to be withdrawn AND CONVERTED to cash (Bitcoin). I turned-off my computer. When discovered, this angered Max and they said that the money could be lost, but was in "safe keeping" and to get it back I needed to send back more of what was transferred!?!?!?! They claimed “WE TRANSFERRED IT TO YOU”, you need to return it. I said, “NO, I have no record from you”. They have been harassing me with deals for returning the FALSE transfers from them. Because I have closed the account, now it is said the money can’t be sent it back unless I give new bank account numbers.
