Purchased two items from website upon paying three separate invoices were sent to email which seemed fishy. I then contacted customer support to verify invoice received no answer three days later I received an email from PayPal stating that shipping information was sent. Upon opening tracking information provided it stated that it was sent from HI 96813 and delivered a day later. This is impossible because this is a mainline company and no email was sent when item was shipped. I personally picked up my mail from postman the day that item were supposedly delivered. I did not receive pkg. Contacted post office to verify delivery. No packages were found at the post office. Contacted PayPal to File a claim that items were never delivered. They sided with the company stating that tracking info was correct. Company has not responded to any of my emails.
