Type of a scam Online Purchase
I really started doubting if this is a reputable business, when I clicked on the tracking link which was track 17, and it showed that it was shipped from China. It took about 2 weeks, and nothing had changed on the tracking link. It still showed that they were preparing shipment from China to Destination country so I clicked the link for customer support to send an email. In return I had received a mailer-daemon. At this point I didn't realize yet, that it was a fake email.
A few days ago the package tracker was finally updated. Supposedly the package reached the destination country and arrived in New York, since then it reached Queens, Kearny (NJ), and finally arrived in North Brunswick (NJ). This morning, when I checked it said that it was successfully delivered in North Brunswick.
I do live in Indiana. This was a scam! So I contacted the customer support email again, and typed that the item was delivered to the wrong address and that I want the package delivered to my address or a refund. A while layer I received another mailer- daemon, saying that the email couldn't be delivered. When I checked if I could find the web page cricutonline.xyz to find more information I couldn't find it anymore.
