I also have a similar experience with Crimson Floyd. Shame on me for not realizing the items ship from China but I bought 2 “orthotic” pairs of flip flops which were described as using a special material called Ortholite. It was just plastic and the straps were cheap canvas. Nothing like the photo. I also ordered a cell phone purse. The strap for the purse was not attached and looks like it came from the Dollar Store. I tried to return but it would have cost $27 to return and I already wasted $60. The company is slowly emailing me to work out something. Which the highest offer I got was a $6 refund which has not been issued yet. I asked for a 50% loss which would be a $30 refund to share with them. Do not buy from this company! All of their items are not the quality they seem on the photos!

I purchased 2 items from this site, and their website has a return policy of which I have been following, yet, they will NOT let me return the items. They will not send me instruction on how to return the items, I have sent 6 emails to them, and they send me back emails asking for pictures of the items and etc. They do have a policy that the items have to be returned within 14 days of receiving them, and I think they are just trying to wait out the 14 days!
