They advertised an electronic standing desk. What they sent was a "laptop holder" which is basically a plastic bracket. Their website says they ship from the US but it came from China. The website says they respond within 24 hours. I emailed them the day I received the item and they replied 5 days later. Their website says they'll issue a full refund if you contact them within 14 days receiving the item. I contacted them the day I got the item and they offered me a refund of $4.
