Christina Ivy was booked as our wedding photographer, we paid her a grand for an hour of photos. Her website promised sneak peek photos within 48 hours, we never received them. After a month without any contact, I reached out to ask for our photos. She said she would not have them for 90 days. After 90 days I reached out again, and she claimed she had lost our photos. When I requested a refund she said okay, however, a month later we have still not received the refund and she has stopped responding to all messages.
