I received an email stating that I made an online purchase of $300 for a consultation from business called critical for survival. This email was sent to me to confirm a payment made by check in the amount of $300. I have never approved nor made any payment much less sent a check to this business. Email stated confirmation of check that was provided by a company called seamless check. I do not have an account nor have ever had checks from this seamless check company. I did however contact the support email address to this seamless check company and report fraudulent behavior using my credentials with unauthorized approval. I also want to attest that the email to this critical for survival belongs to my exboyfriend so I know for a fact that he is falsifying information and using this without permission. I did not nor would I authorize this payment or use of my information to apply for checks. I have also reported this information to the police.
