Scammer 888 296 4559 stated I had numerous complaints against me. I had to call yesterday (10/1/2019) or someone would serve me with a letter between 12pm and 5pm. The person didn't specify what debt or where the complaints came from.

I keep getting calls from CRM Associates, debt collectors. When you call them, they act like they are debt collectors. They refuse to give their address. They threaten to send letters. They are spoofing CRM Associates out of NY. Men and women have told me I owe a credit card debt for a credit card which I've never had. They say a certified letter will be sent to the house and we will take you to court. They use other names as well. They have my name, phone and former address. They get irate when I ask them for their address. They says "You're not the one supposed to be asking questions". They keep asking for my credit card.

For the past few years I have received intimidating calls/voicemails. I am threatened with jail time if I do not make payments and am told that a judge is being served with my “papers”. Family members have received the same threatening calls, which is harassment. When I try to contact the company, they never say the name (either when I return the call or if I happen to pick up). They act annoyed when I start asking questions about what sort of company they are. When I explain that I, along with family members, are being harassed by them I have been yelled at, threatened with the police for harassing them (strange, when I am the one who has to block their phone numbers because I am called so much)

Their website is a sham and no information for contacting the company with complaints or otherwise is available. They have a BBB logo staying they are accredited with the ScamPulse.com, but cannot find the company when I search for it on the bbb website. I also called bbb and spoke with a woman who was unable to find any information on this company. I have her the multiple phone numbers that have been used to harass me with and she was unable to find any information connected to the phone numbers they are using. I have had to block them from calling several times. Additionally, when I tried to call some of the numbers they have previously used, I am told the phone number is no longer in service.

I get called/harassed by this company multiple times a day sometimes, and as soon as I start questioning their authenticity as a company or their “professional” manner in which they threaten me and hang up on me. This has been going on for several years now.
