I get a call from a local Colorado number saying my name, social security number, date of birth, my address today, name from when I was married,(which I am divorced since 2009), bank account info, my last employer, she says her name was Susan Kelley but wouldn’t give me info of their company she was claiming to be the supervisor. She overtalked me and wouldn’t let me ask questions and said I was being legally served with papers in Larimer county and that I took out a loan somewhere in another state years ago but wouldn’t tell me where this happened, or the business name of the loan company and kept yelling at me and proceeded to hang up. I called back two more times and again got overtalked to and hung up on by her and another different lady. I called three more times and the ringing changed after the first ring and it went to a man’s voicemail. Since I have fallen for this same scam in the past but didn’t proceed to get ahold of the bbb, but I am today because this would be the second time this scammer business has called me saying I was gonna be served and go to court and have fraudulent charges on my record, which scared me because I have a clean record and I know I never took out a loan or used a cash advance service till recently I went to get a loan online and it was another scam and now my bank account is shut down and my account negative so that will be a different scam complaint I do next. I am sick of these people in this world that can think they can or do get monies from individuals because they use scare tactics and such so people just pay them. so I paid the $1,500 dollars to this place back in 2017 and it was surely accepted and they had no issue to accept and get the money, although it was sent as a western union. Come to find out yes it was a scam because it’s the same type of call I am complaining about now but of course I don’t remember the number they used then but it was a local number like this said business. They proceeded to tell me that they didn’t receive the western number payment of $1,500. They kept calling me and I would block their number and other different numbers would call me about the same issue they said I took out a loan again. The saying they would use is that you’re going to get fraudulent charges on your record if you don’t pay this amount today and a judgment would then be served against me. I am so sick of scammers and they should all be found immediately and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law or more and put behind bars for LIFE right along with child molesters! So I already have Chronic ANXIETY/PANIC DISORDER AND PTSD and this NONSENSE is enough that gave me anxiety and sent me into a PANIC ATTACK! This is not fair! This is absolutely terrifying for me and others! This needs to be addressed and those people need to be found!!! I would like to express to others about what scams look like in an email and how to judge a phone call scam because I feel I now know!!!

This person called about a loan I had in 2015, that I had already paid off through the company. When I asked

For information on this company, they told me they are CRM group. But that CRM doesn’t stand for anything. They told me they don’t have a website when I asked for one. And when I attempted to ask if they were ScamPulse.com accredited, she said of course. When I searched them I found nothing. And she said I have to do that on my own time. And then when I asked for their website they said they don’t have one because they aren’t in the public sector.

They called, told me I have a debt from cash net USA and I needed to pay this off today or they would take me to court. They told me all of my personal information because I told them I paid it off. They verified who I was without me giving them any information. When I tried to call their number, 608-716-8255, it rings forever
