I ordered a pair of Women size 8 Mickey Mouse Crocs. Pretty excited to get them. They finally showed up in 3 weeks and they were not the correct crocs. They were a size 7 crocs and white with glow in dark charms on them. So they don't fit plus they were not the Mickey crocs. I have been trying to exchange the crocs to get the correct ones and the company did apologize for the mistake, but they are offering me this: Keep the shoes with 30% refund. I said no on this that I either want the correct order or 100% refund. They stated that due to covid shipping is too much and then they would let me keep the shoes and then do 40% refund. I stated the same thing, that I apologize but the shoes do not fit and I do not want them that I wanted my full refund since they are not able to send me the Mickey shoes. They gave me their final offer keep the shoes they sent with 50% refund. Well I am now going through my bank to see what I can do.
