I feel really pissed off about being scammed by this terrible mob. I ordered a pair of chicken print Crocs for my daughter for Christmas. The seemingly genuine email apologising for the delay just before Christmas allayed any worries I had. The second "Sorry" email in March reinforced my trust (gullibility). It wasnt until tonight when I found this page that the penny finally dropped.
My daughter found the advertisment on Facebook - I believe they should be responsible for vetting their advertisers and not allowing scammers.

I ordered the nurse crocs during the pandemic in January 2021. I have yet to receive them. I have emailed them and they continue to state shipping issues and offered me a discount on my next order! This a horrible company and I have learned my lesson from this.

It was an CROCSCHANEL ad on FB. I ordered 5 pairs of shoes. I received confirmation of the order. My credit card was charged that same day by "COFTY COMPANY LIMITED". For the next few weeks they sent me updates on making the shoes. Seemed legit, but weird. Then those emails stopped. After about a month, I contacted the company about my order. They indicated it was a shipping issue, citing COVID, and offered to discount my order, and indicated they would get the shoes shipped. Another month went by. Another email citing mailing issues. I finally checked the web for reviews on the company. It's a sham. Also, COFTY COMPANY LIMITED is located in Hong Kong and appears very questionable. I contacted my credit card company and disputed the charge. I also sent an email requesting a refund. Now the email address is not found...and...the website no longer exists. At least nobody else can get scammed by this specific website. Buyer beware and always check the web for reviews on companies. P.S. The sentence structure of the emails are poor -- another indicator of a bogus situation.

My family ordered me some customized Crocs from crocschanel.com back in December. Here it is April 2021 and still no product. I emailed them and they made up some lie about shipments being delayed. I emailed again and my emails had been blocked. No refund after promising one and no way to email anymore. Please do not order from this website. They are scammers

Made a purchase for my granddaughter on January 16 2021and have not received my product. It’s March 26th and I’ve contacted this company through customer support 3 times and I get a pre-written email apologizing about the delay to my purchase. Total scam no phone number to call. Address is to a random business in Hollywood.

I ordered a pair of crocs over 2 months ago and I never received the shoes. I contacted them and they basically said they are busy and wait a little longer. Another month went by and I said to just cancel the order and I wanted to get my full refund. They told me they would send the money and They have not given me my refund. Total scammers. I have also googled reviews on them and a lot of other people have said the exact same thing. 1/2 star reviews.

I ordered several pairs of shoes from this website on December 8, 2020 as Christmas gifts. I have emailed them multiple times after never receiving my purchase. The emails are always answered with the exact same email saying they'll tell their shipper to put a rush on things. On February 28, 2021 a mailing label with a tracking number was created by the product had never shipped. Three months after my original purchase, multiple attempts at getting a refund, I have not had any luck getting either my order or a refund. After checking other reviews for this company, I'm finding many with the same story.

I saw an ad for these adorable croc styled shoes with pugs on them. Granted I reacted to quick and decided to purchase them. Every so often I was sent an email that they were overwhelmed with orders and due to COVID restrictions limited employees to work on the orders. Eventually the emails stopped. So I sent them an email and received a response from "Linda Williams", that they are still working on the item and they appreciate my patience. On the 1st of March I received an email that some of my items on their way. I only ordered one pair, so apparently that was a generic email they sent out to everyone to calm the waters. They have no intention of completing this order, it's complete fraud!

ORDERED IN NOVEMBER ... BEEN EMAILING THEM SINCE DECEMBER WANTING MY MONEY BACK THIS IS WHAT I GET EVERY TIME

I saw an ad on Facebook for crocs with chicken print on them. I was interested in purchasing a pair of the crocs so I followed the link attached to the Facebook ad. A pair of Crocs was ordered and paid for my myself with my PayPal account. My bank did contact me regarding the transactions because it flagged in their system. But I felt it was a true company that I had ordered the crocs through so I authorized my bank to send payment. Order was placed Dec. 14th and my order has still not been received. I have emailed them on numerous occasions with no date given when order will be shipped. Copies of my emails regarding this order are attached. Thanks.

On December 5th, 2020, I bought a pair of personalized cross through crocschanel for my son. They sent me an email on December 19th that with Covid shipping will take a few extra weeks. Come the last week of December, no crocs. I reached out multiple times for an update. The response from Linda with Support is they will be to you shortly, the purchase is with the outside vendor. I have for a reimbursement and Linda will not ablige stating that they were already personalized. So, it is February 12th, 2021 and no crocs. Please help!

I made a purchase for their products on 12/3/2020. I have yet to revive my order or tracking Information. I have reached out multiple times through email bc they won’t provide a phone number and no one will give me Information. I am out $266.53

Please google the crocs chanel reviews and read all of the complaints. I ordered them quite some time ago and now as i am waiting, I emailed them and get an automated response to my email. There is no phone number either. It is clearly a scam and i will dispute it through my bank but wanted to let you know.

I ordered 3 pairs of customized crocs from Crocschanel.com in the beginning of December, with their website stating they ship within 5-10 business days. They were quick to charge my credit card, the exact same evening that I placed my order. As of the beginning of January, I still had not received my items (which were supposed to be Christmas gifts). When I contacted them through email I received a response that they had a "blooming" number of orders and to please give them more time. I then emailed again to find out an estimated time, and I got the identical email that I had gotten before. After that, I asked for a full refund and again got the exact same email for the third time... all stating they were running behind, blah, blah, blah, and closed the email with Merry Christmas and Happy New Year even though it's now two-thirds of the way through January. The email is a standard copied email each time and there is no customer service behind it. I still have not received any of my items.

I ordered a pair of personalized Crocs from this company for my niece for Christmas. I did pay for them through PayPal, which this company has collected their $35.90. I never received a email in regards to my order. I have sent emails after emails asking for a tracking # or info on my order. The last response was, We have contacted and urged the shipping agent to hasten your delivery. 

Please wait a few next days for your shipping status update. That was on December 13th. My order was placed on November 25th. I feel if this company was legit then they would have sent me tracking info by now. Like I said prior I have sent several emails but I don't always get a response. At this point I want my money back and maybe I can find something else for my niece Christmas present.
