total scam!

The bra is not sized correctly at all to order size. Dealing with this company has been a nightmare. They offer a partial refund and demand the return of the product. Return shipping alone is more costly than the product was originally. I want my money back. I don't want their lousy product.

BEWARE SCAMMERS

My mother in law purchased a dog planter online for a present for me. She had the item shipped to me directly. The company sent the wrong item and I emailed them letting them know. the company wants me to send the item back to them at my cost. The company is located in China. The advertising states the item is made in the USA, that is false. The company states FREE returns that is also false. The advertising also states SHIPS FROM CALIFORNIA, again FALSE. After numerous emails back and fourth the company is adamant that in order to get a refund, I have to spend the money to ship the WRONG item back. Unacceptable, since the company crogreat states FREE returns. In addition, this company utilized different photos in their advertising. The item is cheaply made and no way worth the cost this company charged. I want a refund for 100% of the cost back to original credit card used. Crogreat told me a refund from them could take 90-120 days, again unacceptable.

Dog Planter

Order what I thought was a wood planter that looks like our Boston Terrier and when I finally received it, not only was it, what I think is press board that is hold together by tongue and groove, but they did not fit into each other, even if they did this planter would never stand up to any kind of outdoor use as advertised.
I tried to put it together and the slots did not git properly which made it impossible to stand. I have contacted them and asked for a return label, the got back to me and asked for a picture showing the problem, which I sent and they now have come back to be with first an offer of a 10% discount and I said no because it is defective and now they offer me a 20% with a not telling me how much it will cost to ship it back to China. I will continue to fight but I know I will end up loosing my money on this piece of junk. If you order anything from this company just know they will not let you return it and if they do, it will be to China at your expense. Never again...

Cheap Junk

I fell for the cute puppy as well. Claimed to be realistic, but it’s actually as fake looking as they come! Nothing like what was advertised.
Also, I ordered two pairs of “ arch support” shoes that promised to support the arch and straighten foot alignment. Ha! Cheap plastic shoes with a plain flat foot bed! Sent shoes at least two sizes bigger than what I ordered!
I have been going back and forth emailing demands for a full refund and they continue to bargain five percentage points at a time. I’m tired of it and will file complaints about these Chinese Cheaters every chance I can!
Thanks to other reviewers who mentioned filing with PayPal and credit card bank!

Crogreat wind sculpture

Saw this add for the wind sculpture, stating it was a small company, working out of a single garage. Going out of business and selling the last of their products. Also stated it was made right here in the USA. Hand welded, quality durable all weather metal construction, long lasting bearings and 18 balanced spinner arms. Turns out none of that was true. I received a cheap stamped tin, child like version of the one described on their website. I am starting the process to to get a refund, although it does not look promising. Also I only found out about the true sellers name after I sent the payment, and that sellers name was different from the product info in the package which was Crogreat. If someone starts a legal action against these S O B’s stealing our money and ruining customer confidence in online purchases! I will sign up! This is wrong and has to be stopped!

So we ordered the outdoor nativity set but instead got a tiny one that took three months to get here and now I can't find the website I bought it from Total scam who the hell do you think you are scamming I will be getting my money back if I have to get it to be an act of Congress to get it done tired of all the scammers getting away with this o will be contacting my congressman to make sure this doesn't keep happening

“Outdoor” 11 piece Nativity Scene

Ordered this for $79.99. When it finally arrived, the styrofoam cutouts that contained this “outdoor” nativity scene was 10””x “15”. Needless to say this was NOT an outdoor set. The tallest figure was 5” tall and the smallest one was 1” long and 1/2” tall. Emailed the company twice, for a complete refund, each time they countered with 15%, then 20% refund, and I keep the nativity set. The third time, I didn’t even respond, I filed a complaint with PayPal. PayPal got me a full refund and I didn’t have to pay to ship it back. This was a Dollar General Store merchandise. They advertised number 1 but you received number 2

They should be prosecuted for fox advertisement.

Life like Puppies: Dog Lucky Realistic Teddy

I ordered the"life like" puppies and what I got was VERY unrealistic trash! Not as advertised. The"furry" coat was ugly and I doubt my nephews would even want it. I want a refund. Not likely I'll get one. I'll put in a complaint to PayPal. I'm never ordering anything off Facebook again!

I was told it would be too expensive to ship an outdoor nativity scene (which is exactly what they advertised), so instead they created small replicas of the outdoor figures so they could be used as ORNAMENTS! I was floored. Although I asked twice for a complete refund, each time they countered with 15%, then 20% refund, and I keep the nativity set. The second time, I didn’t even respond, but instead filed a complaint with PayPal. I’m awaiting resolution decision from PayPal. I am done ordering from places I’ve never heard of before.

I got the same crap from them. Thanks to PayPal I got my money back and refused to pay to ship it back. I always shop with PayPal they don’t leave you holding the bag. If you have proof you were cheated they get your money back. I never shop without PayPal.

Ordered 2 battery operated "life-like" puppies. Nothing like their ads or video. Junk that I wouldn't pay $5 for, much less over $30 each total. Why is Pay Pal allowing this Chinese scam company to operate through them?

ORDERED WREATHS

I ordered wreaths which should have been a USA company - one wreath had the USA flag on a ribbon but it came with the ribbon attached upside down -I tried reaching out to the company [email protected] with no response since Dec 1 after 2 emails.
It was supposed to be a Christmas wreath -it did have the red truck. It was something I saw through facebook same as the review of the person who ordered wreaths.
Iwill be more careful when ordering next time.

I ordered three clothing items from them. Two were supposed to be brushed soft wool the other was a double fleece jacket. When my order arrived the brushed wool items were light fleece with no wool. The double fleece jacked was a rain jacket no fleece at all. This order was placed on face book in November. The add ran as items made in the USA not China. When my order arrived it was from China. They are a bunch of lying scamming socialists!

I ordered 3 wreaths from a company that said they were from USA and I went to put bill on a bank credit card but it went directly through paypal. The wreaths came in and they are very small and false advertisements on the size and paper cutouts on wreaths. Totally junk! Never going to purchase on fb again! From China not USA! Bought 2 Garden Windmills that doesnt even spin. Been trying to send back and they just comes up with excuses to not refund. It is a scam. Went thru Paypal and they don't have any record of it. That must have been fake also. I am out $130. Do not buy off Facebook. Lesson learned.

Bought a pair of waterproof trousers and also a waterproof jacket. Took 10 weeks to arrive then the sizes were totally misleading per there measurement guide. They will only offer a certain amount of refund like 30% then they will go up to 60% and then try and fob you of saying you can gift the garments to a friend ! These are totally scam artists... Chinese junk that doesn't even fit you and not fit for purpose. Funny thing is they pretend to be a uk based company but when you pay then you find out they are chinese. BE WARNED DO NOT BUY UNLESS YOU HAVE PLENTY MONEY TO WASTE.
