They go by Croopstar and Havertine. Said they were celebrating 10,000 happy customers by giving away a free cat tower, only have to pay shipping. Took my money, never received the product. Their email comes back invalid.

I ordered a cat tree last Thursday, recieved a text stating they will contact me when they send it. I read reviews after purchase and they scammed many people. I tried several times to contact them with no response or the email is not valid and the phone number not in service.
