Company advertises on Facebook, but also has a website. The name of the company that I ordered from is Croopstars, but I have since discovered that they also go by the name Havetine. They advertise a free product, when you pay for shipping. They immediately send a confirmation email and text message for your order, but never send shipping information. I ordered something 3 months ago, and have yet to receive anything. I have emailed the company twice weekly for the past two months, in addition to sending messages from the website, and messaging on Facebook, and have received no response whatsoever. Now, the Croopstars website no longer works. I only paid $10 for the shipping, but a LOT of other people did too, so someone is making a lot of money from this scam.
