I ordered a free (pay only S&H) All in 1 Baby Breathable Travel Carrier on July 16,2019. I haven’t received my item and here we are in September! I’ve tried to email them but it won’t go through and the page is no longer available on Facebook.

Crooptrends is a facebook croop that offered multiple free items with a shipping fee...I purchased a pillow back early july and paid the shipping fee and it was processed through the my card and I never got any information about my order. I have emailed them and messaged them through their Facebook messenger group and no one has replyed...I just want my pillow
