Issue: (09/27/2024) i followed up with the company after a month when i noticed that the shipment has not made any progress the past few days. They replied that it already has been delivered according on their record. They provided me another link to a tracking number that was different from the tracking number they had provided me initially. This new link was never given to me prior to my complaint. The link did say it was delivered, but i never received it.
