Signed up for a crossfit challenge, met owner in person gave him a $499 deposit, if I met my weight loss go after 6weeks I'd be given a full refund. After signing up I was injured at my volunteer job and submitted a doctors note to him saying I would not be able to participate in the challenge. He stated once he recieved this note he'd issue only a 50% refund. I submitted the paperwork on may 1st and have yet to recieve any refund. I requested a copy of his contracts where it states if you NEVER participated in the challenge, never stepped back into the gym a d never touched/used a piece of equipment that the refund is only 50%, especially for medical reasons. I have texted numerous times and keep getting different refund dates. AGAIN, I never participated in the challenge, never used his gym and provided his necessary documents and have yet to recieve any refund.
