I received 5 black face masks instead of a sewing machine.
I doubt I will get my money back having been through something like this with clothing from China.
The only reason I bought from them is because they had a US address in WA. state.
I will do my best to never buy anything from China ever again.
Check the labels of everything you buy. Make a phone call and talk to a person before you order online again.

I was trying to buy a sewing machine for a clothing line I am working on and I came upon this one sewing machine, down below is a picture of it, that cost me $59.99 which to me wasn't a bad price. I ordered it off Crotchdart. And pretty much everything seemed legit. I got a confirmation email, tracking number, and that's pretty much it. Seems legit right? Then as days go buy I start to wonder why my package was taking so long to arrive. I go to check where my package is at and I kid you not at on the tracking website they gave me, my package wasn't moving anywhere it stayed at 4/22 for a while! That's when I was concerned. So I emailed them just acting dumb and asked where my package was so they sent me a screenshot of where my package. I wanted to just to be sure. So below I have a screenshot of the tracking site that's in english (which is the one they sent me) and the one in their language (which is the one I screenshotted from the tracking site not translated-- by the way if you go to the whole screenshot of the tracking site, there's two parts of the tracking site one translated and the other not. I don't know why 4/22 isn't showing in the top part (the translated part) it's suppose to be translated which I find odd as well but let me continue with this disaster). So I waited a like a week or so and the tracking site stayed the same! So in my mind I thought I should check their website to be sure of how long my package would arrive and in the website it said 10-15 business days. I should of screenshotted that to be honest. So I email them again and mentioned that to them because at this point it was getting past 10-15 days and I was getting worried because in my head I was thinking maybe it's a scam. So they go ahead and say and I quote "Hello
I just checked the logistics information of your order for you. Your goods have been packaged and delivered to the airline for transportation. The latest logistics information is that the airline is already shipping. Please be patient. I am really sorry that due to the impact of the epidemic, outbound flights are decreasing and logistics are delayed. If you have any other questions, please email me. Thank you."
So I thought to myself alright let me just be patient. So, my package finally came in on May 28. And as I'm running downstairs all excited to see my package, I see a damn little package. And inside was 5 FACE MASKS! I WAS FURIOUS! I waited so damn long for them to get this order wrong! Are you kidding me? So I contacted them and they wanted proof basically so I sent them the photo you are all seeing and they said "Hi
I'm very sorry for the inconvenience,I have checked, the logistics accidentally sent the wrong product. How about we re-send the initial item to you?" I tried to negotiate with them so I said if my item can come earlier then sure but if not, I would like my refund. That's fair, right? So they said "Are you sure you want to resend it? It takes one month for re-shipment of goods to be sent out." I said "No its fine, its too long at this point. Can you cancel the order and give me my refund." They replied "Hi, if you stick to get the full refund, you should return the item to us, when we get it we will refund the full payment to you. How about refund 85% of the payment? And you can keep the items. You can save the high shipping fee also. Pls consider it again. Thank you." Then I go "Didn't your website say free shipping and returns? Why would I want to pay for shipping fee when you said on your website its free and plus it's not my fault you guys made the mistake of giving me the wrong product. I think it's upsetting I have to wait for a whole month close to two months." Then they proceeded to say "Really? Should I refund you the full amount? You can keep the goods, thank you." HOW UNPROFESSIONAL! Then I say "Yes, I want my refund. I need a more reliable company. It's not you guys." So they say ok but then try to negotiate with me saying "Or how about 90%? You can keep the goods without sending them back." I replied with "Can I please just have my money back! At this point, money is getting low for me so I need to my money to just pay off my bills instead of this sewing machine. My priority is my bills right now so please refund my money. Having your customer waiting this long just goes to show how unprofessional you are." They said ok then I asked how long the refund would take. They said 2-3 weeks. So as of now June 5th I am waiting on this refund. But today June 7 I go to check their website and it's completely gone! Does that not look suspicious! This person has some serious consequences because let me tell you things like this doesn't slide so easily. I have requested numerous times for a refund they do not respond in a timely manor weeks later if I do get a response they tell me it’s still shipping.
Do not do not order anything from this place. I want my money back and I am also going to report to the BBB who ever owns this company is a horrible business
