I addressed on today and email I recieved from Mr. Kapoor from Monster.com. I replied to the email and 15 mins therefore after I recieved a call on the phone asking me if I was ok with working from home and would except the pay that was offered also comfortable a schedule off PST. Something did not sit well with me cause I received an email to my personal email from his Head Recruiter Yogesh Kumar aka Yogesh Joshi which Kapoor was asking to send him my updated resume which I already have posted on Monster.com. It was strange after asking that he should aleady have my updated resume, which he stated that they can not pulled the resume off Monster. Now when I got this email there were 2 different names on it and with the same phone number Mr Kapoor called me from.

Here is the email I received today from Mr. Yogesh Kumar aka Yogesh Joshi:

The recruiter from Crowdstaffing has reached out to me via email for job opportunity at Monster.com. I replied back to Mr. Kapoor who called me back 15 mins after I had replied to his email at Monster. I asked Mr. Kapoor about the payrate and if it was 100% remote from home. I look at the email and I got very leery cause there were 2 same first names but the last name at the bottom of the email to my personal email was different even the phone number was the same.

Here is the email that was sent to me today:

The recruiter from crowdstaffing has reached out to me via email for job opportunity at Google. When I called back the number initially no answer so I left a voicemail. She called back the next day and we discuss about the role. During the phone conversation she ask for my personal info like DOB and last 4 SSN as she claimed that it was need for them to create my profile/ application. She also insisted for me to respond on an email and type “I confirmed”. She also ask me to modify my resume to include specific text need for the job and ask me to resend it to her as soon as possible so she can process my application. I had a funny feeling that it was scam! Because during conversation she was talking very fast and then asking these personal information. And everytime ai tried to interrupt she seem annoyed and just wanted to keep explaining to me about the job details. Even after I told her that I’m not interested on contract position she tried to sway me that how good of the opportunity...but to me it sounded all too good to be true. But then again I made a huge mistake sharing her my personal info. And after that phone conversation I spoke to a friend and told her about what happened...she felt that it was scammer. Now I’m afraid that pretend recruiter will use those info to rip me off.

This seemed like a somewhat legitimate headhunting agency. However, they usually send emails in the middle of the night (time stamps at 12PM and 1AM) and the further I got with the "application process" they then wanted my SSN and other info that I have never had to provide to apply for employment, much less in an email.
