I had a client to say she received a call and the caller identified as *** *** in Lemon Grove, CA and gave Michelle K*** as the CEO. They talked to her about a back brace covered by Medicare. She told them she didn't want it and they mailed it to her anyway. Now, I am helping her to follow-up on Medicare summary notices to see if it's been billed for under her name and what she needs to do as follow-up.
