I was online shopping at Crown and Paw to purchase a Christmas present for my partner. Crown and Paw offers the service of creating custom watercolor paintings of your pets with various outfits and backgrounds. I uploaded the photos of my pets successfully. I proceeded to check out. I entered my name, address, and debit card information for payment. I received a confirmation email stating that the order had been placed and that I would be receiving a draft of the painting for review via email within a few business days. My account was charged for the total of the purchase. After waiting a week for the draft to arrive via email, I went to find my order on the company website but it continually said the order number I entered was invalid. When I attempted to email the company about this issue the email bounced back stating that the email was not valid.
