Scammer keeps changing the amount we owe for storage and keeps making excuses to keep the car. First it was get the license back. We did. Then it was insurance. We payed. Not he needs 2,000 dollars and then he’d “see” if he can give it back. They want to keep our money and resell the car. One of them admitted to being scammers and stated all they want is to keep our money and our car. They’ve done this to multiple customers or there cars don’t work.
