I ordered a chair and paid with with PayPal. The chair was never delivered but I was charged. They used a fake phone number and address. The tracking number was falsified and when I contacted UPS the tracking number was linked to a bottle of vitamin C delivered by Amazon to another address in my town. It took me weeks to prove the fraud but PayPal finally reimbursed me the full amount.
