Crowns to Gowns offers adorable Disney themed Princess dresses, but it is a fake site. I spent a little over $100 on the site and never received the product. When I went to check on the order status, the site is shut down and the email I had sent was returned. I have found the same exact dresses on a new webpage https://wonderprincess.com/ and believe this to be the new scamming website. I know there is nothing I can do, but I’m hoping to prevent others from being scammed as well. Thank you.

I ordered two products from this website on April 24, 2022 for a total of $32.39. Money was deducted from my bank account, no product ever arrived, and no shipping update was ever given. I attempted to contact the company 4 times - twice through the website automated messaging and twice through the provided email support. No response was given, and the email addresses bounced back as invalid.

Ordered dresses April 28. Emailed May 5 to get an order update and they responded that shipping may take a little longer but asked if I wanted to cancel. I did I would wait for the dresses but as of June 14 they still have not arrived or even show as shipped. I have tried to contact them at least 6 more times and the support email comes back as invalid. Their website no longer works either.

Ads for Crowns to Gowns populate on Facebook and Instagram. I purchased off the website and was immediately charged though did not receive any email confirmation. After emailing the company I finally received a confirmation email regarding the purchase. After three weeks of no updates I emailed and received a reply one dress was on back order and would be filled soon. I asked for the other two items to be sent and no response. Another three weeks of nothing and after posting on facebook, instagram, and sending an email I received a "tracking" number that has yet to show anything has actually been sent and this is two weeks later. Emailed the company for a refund, have filed for a fraud claim at my bank.

I ordered from this company, two dresses totaling around $32, on 4/27/22. They have a legitimate looking website, Facebook page, and Instagram page, so I didn't think anything was out of place at the time. However, after the initial "Thank you for your order" confirmation email, I have not gotten anything else with a status on my order. After 2 1/2 weeks, I emailed them to see what the ETA was going to be as I needed the dresses for a birthday coming up. No reply. Emailed again a couple of days later. No reply. Emailed again a couple of days later. No reply. They have no other means of communication other than that email.
