i am working for a company called crownvoice it is a work from home based job where you answer inbound calls from clients who have signed up for a rent to own service or "free" credit check i have come across multiple clients who have claimed to have cancelled their account with the company and are still being charged for the services i have pulled up clients accounts where it clearly states their account is inactive but have been charged for services still and for months at a time sometimes with periodic breaks i have recently been penalised for helping a customer by closing an account she did not sign up for and was unaware of the account until i informed her i fear this company has stolen money from many customers and i know a few have decided to take legal action as i am doing now. i have also come across clients who have tried to look up their scores using one of the site that crownvoice over see the accounts of and have been met with web addresses that dont exist or say coming soon.
