Scammed me for 30 dollars

I ordered a neck relief traction device. Never recieved it and never got a contact number to question where my product went. Now It shows website os gone. Small chance of ever getting a refund. I should have known better since these devices usually run much higher in price.

Their website sold "magic balls" that you could put water in, got the size of a large futon chair and children could actual jump on and play. They even showed an elephant standing on the ball stating that the ball would not break. The magic balls could be deflated and reused over and over again. They sold 3 for $60.00. I thought this would be an excellent toy for my grandchildren to play with outside during summer time. What I received in the mail were three items called "jelly balls". The jelly balls could only be blown up with your mouth (no water) and only got the size a large bouncing ball. Once you blew them up, that was it and they stated on the bag to be careful not to rip or tear them. ???? DEFINITELY NOT WHAT I ORDERED OR PAID FOR!!!!!

The same thing happened to me. They are a total rip off. They said my order was a water balloon large in fact the same as yours. They charged me $69 NZ for a $2 balloon. They won’t reply to my letters of complaint.
