I ordered a jacket on on 5/1/2022 from cruisefashion.com. The jacket was allegedly shipped on 5/2/2022, but I have never received (it's now 7/12/2022). I reached out to their customer service on 5/16/2022 because their package tracker said that my jacket was stuck in customs... it's apparently still stuck in customs. I've literally been talking to their customer service via email since 5/16/2022. Finally, they promised they would send a replacement or provide a full refund if they can't locate my jacket if it doesn't get resolved by July 1. I've been following up with them weekly since 5/16/2022 and they STILL refuse to provide me my refund! It's been over 2 months since I purchased this! When I checked their social media, it looks like it's pretty common practice for them to have terrible customer service. Don't buy from them!
