I needed to make a payment for a cruise so I googled NCL customer service and this number came up first. I called and they were very convincing to be the cruise line. They even made changes to my reservation that I requested but I was suspicious when they requested more money than what I remember being the remaining balance. I did provide all my cruise info but thankfully I refused to give them my card info since the price wasn’t correct.
