Called MSC line to check on a poss refund, I got these people somehow, and they said for 400.00 they could rebook my cruise and I'd get a check back for 700.00 (Because it was 17 days until my cruise and it had gone down in price 700.00) I believed I had called MSC, So I paid it, and then paid my gratuities, the gratuities (224 dollars) actually went to the cruise line. I only gave my booking number and he had all the info about my cruise, cruise desitation, orgin port, sailing dates, etc./
