I think this is part of the "are you there scam." I did not know this existed until I got the 2nd call and they hung up. After researching, this sounds very much like this. Phone numbers are both immediately disconnected.

Person on telephone asked something to the effect could I hear her, she was not sure if anyone was on the line. She went on to say I had won a free cruise to the Bahamas. Free meals, etc., then I hung up the phone.
