Crusetcooker.com site is a scam: they defrauded me of 99.00. I am filing with FTC
looks like a legitimate site, but they are not.

Misuse of Le Creuset Logo and Product Photos By Crusetcooker.com

Should have known something was wrong - Crusetcooker.com (< note spelling difference from the legitimate spelling) selling 11 piece cookware set for $149 - when the regular price $1500.

The Crusetcooker.com site uses the Le Creuset logo and actual product photos. PayPal is the only accepted payment method. After placing the order, no purchase receipt was sent. The listed Customer Service email is to a gmail account - which was another red flag.

No response to our emails were received from Crusetcooker.com. The order was of course never delivered. An inquiry sent to PayPal was met with a copy of a “delivery receipt” signed with a name unknown to our building concierge or management.

So you we are out the money and learned a valuable lesson about PayPal - which could clearly care less about the actions of this illegitimate vendor.
