I thought I was ordering $39.95 worth of product and was charged $199.88. The product was returned to the company and they refuse to issue a refund even after my credit card company called them to confirm that no outstanding chargeback is being submitted on my behalf. Buyer Beware!

skin tag remover ordered (cryogen skin tag remover) web sit says buy one get one free $64.50 but, as soon I placed the order $129 and change was charged with out giving me the check out option or showed the summary of my order and I had to enter the credit card # at the beginning of the process. The next day another 60$ charge showed up on my credit card so, placed a call to CS 1-888-621-0456 and the person was saying that was the charge for a cream which I did not ordered and CS said will give me only 30$ credit because ordered is processed what I did not place an order?. Finally I got the wrong products instead of skin tag remover, skin tag neutralize serum and I have called CS several times and notified through email since 6/30/2023 but, no reply received. This is a total scam. This product shipped from ...Fulfillment center, P.O. box 7000, Smyrna, TN 37167. I will not never ever trust this cryogen products!!!!!!.........LOST MY MONEY......so far got credit for $65.45 for my 129.90$ payment
