The scammer pretends to want to purchase a multi million dollar home. He targets realtors and gains their trust. It’s a Crypto scam. He uses a fake website (icryptobitdfs.com). The victim of this scam (the realtor) will believe they are investing in crypto and earning money through trades. It’s all fake. The scammer keeps the funds and the victim is unable to withdraw any funds from the (fake) crypto wallet. Obviously he doesn’t actually purchase a home from the realtor either.
