Scam Tracker Report entered on behalf of Victim by BBB Employee: DcentQuantumLedger.com. Could buy/sell cryptocurrency QFSTP and was contacted through there and they were the ones that had sent matt to the victim. The victim was shown different IP addresses and said her IP was blocked and that their IP address had money addresses. Had contacted support for the crypto business and there'd been no response. Since then, the victim had been locked out of their account. "Matt", who the victim was introduced to over Telegram mentioned they wanted 5K to help the victim recover their funds. Prior to reaching out to Matt, the victim claims to have lost 24,000 to Dcent.
