I was looking for a trading platform to invest when cryptoexchangefx came up on Quora with good reviews and endorsed by one of the writers so I decided to give them a go.
I invested my Bitcoin and then was sent an email asking if I wanted to go premium we’re I would get 50% returns but had to fund the account with $20,000.
I initially said yes but would take me time to get the fund’s together.
While I was getting my funds together I did a bit more research and found quite a lot of negative reviews which made me think this might be a scam. After about 5 days they contacted me to say I needed to pay the $20,000 for the premium service. I told them I wasn’t interested anymore because of all the bad reviews I had seen.
They said I had to do it as they had already set up an account and it couldn’t be changed.
I replied to them saying how is it possible to set up an account without any funds their reply was they had and it couldn’t be reversed.
I asked about my initial investment and they told me it was frozen as I had opted for the premium service.
I waited the 10 days to see if I was going to get my 20% return but nothing happened.
I searched there site for terms and conditions but could not find them.
I contacted them to see what was happening with my initial investment and if they could give me there terms and conditions they replied saying they were updating them and would get them to me as soon as there were completed.
I was told my initial investment was still frozen because I had not done the premium account after a long argument with them they decided to let my investment run. After the 10 days my 20% was added to my account and I tried to withdraw once again without any success.
I contacted them again to find out why I couldn’t withdraw and they then told me I needed to do 3 cycles adding 50% of my total investment every cycle.
I was never told this at anytime, they said it was in the terms and conditions which I never had.
They sent it to me within the hour. I decide to do another small investment of xrp thinking if it is a scam I won’t lose to much. I did the three cycles with xrp and just left my btc sitting there.
They contacted me to say I needed to complete my btc cycle and I needed to do another cycle of xrp as the first deposit doesn’t count plus I had to finish the btc before the xrp. No where in the t/c’s does it mention any of this which I told them and they said I was trying to change the rules to suit myself. I will not be putting anymore funds into this company and after reading this hopefully no one else will. I have recorded all the live chat between them and myself and will post it all later.
Please don’t get scammed by them stay away
Please stay away and don't loose your hard earned money. Don't fall for positive reviews they self posted
They are not legit as they mentioned in website and says operating since 2016. They created impressive websites and lure you to invest and never pay back. I invested with them initially and later they said I need to deposit additional 3 cycles investment 50% each of portfolio balance. I did that and when I was ready to withdraw my money they said I need to deposit 50% again of total balance towards fees and part of which will be accounted for 10% towards fees and taxes. I believed them and redeposited again and after that they said I need to redeposit again as due to unforeseen issues they credit more balance on my account... I told them if it's mistake from exchange they need to correct it and allow me to withdraw but they aren't... they are scammers and don't have basic ethics and stealing people hard earned money...
12/5/2020- after my reviews, I got response from them and mentioned that my refund request is submitted for processing. The ETA for refund process to complete is 60 days
2/6/2021 - Please don't fall for them. They are scammers. After I posted my reviews back in December 2020, I was told that they will refund within 60 days. Now, they are not refunding and asking me to make additional $15,000.
I request users who are victims of them and if you see this, please post reviews and make aware other innocent people are not cheated.

CryptoExchangeFX.com.
Initially the deal seemed impossible (20% return) so I did the basic scam searches and
came up with more positive reviews than anything else.
I figured it was worth a shot to see how it worked out so I decided to deposit the
minimum amount and see if I got the return. Their site has the crypto you have
deposited and countdown timer. When the time hit 0 I got an email requesting an
address to send the funds to. Promptly receiving the XRP with the promised payout I
decided to make another investment.
After the wait time the counter again hit zero and then nothing happened. I contacted
customer support and was told there was an error when I deposited and that to fix it I
would need to add more funds. I did and the funds appeared in my account.
Through their system I tried to withdraw the crypto as I wasn’t comfortable having that
much money out of my hands and then promptly received an email saying that my
attempt to withdraw too soon and that was marked as a spam attack so my account
was frozen. I was told I should have waited for a confirmation email.
Through customer support I was told the only way to lift the suspension would be to
deposit $1500 worth of crypto into the account. I was torn on if I was being scammed because I had received the first payout, the deposit to fix the mistake had appeared in the account and the mistake was technically mine (although I was not told I needed to wait for a confirmation email).
We agreed on $500 to lift the suspension. Later, I contacted customer service, summarized what had happened and asked if I should deposit the funds to make sure things went smoothly. I was told by customer support to make the deposit. After that there was no confirmation. I waited a couple of days and then contacted them again.
They said that they were upgrading their system when I made the deposit, that they couldn’t confirm I had sent the money and that if I deposited $1500 they were sure it
would lift the suspension.
This was despite the fact that I sent the funds to the same
address as the previous deposit and the confirmation was available via the blockchain.
Again, I had followed their instructions and did not have any more money to
deposit. At this point it seemed to be very much a problem on their end and I requested
the funds that I had previously deposited returned since I had done as they had asked
and had even checked with them before making the final deposit to lift the suspension.
Since then they have simply ignored my emails.
