Never Received Payout

On Dec 2,2021 I won the pick 3 lottery and on Dec 3, 2021I wrote to CryptoPick3 for my payout of $400.00. This is the actual message:

To whom it may concern: I was supposed to receive a confirmation email concerning the withdrawal of my funds. I withdrew $400 to be sent to me via mail but once I filled out the necessary information I was supposed to respond back. However, I was unable to respond back because I never received my email to confirm so I could receive my funds. I tried to use the live chat button but it does not work, so I'm sending this email in the hopes that I will get a response from someone. I also took screenshots of my tickets, the winning number, the amount before my withdraw and the balance after my withdraw. I hope this helps.
I never received a response, so I decided to wait out the 10-12 days to receive my funds. I never received my funds although they deducted it from my account.
On Dec 26,2021 I wrote them again. The actual message below:
I AM GOING TO ATTEMPT THIS AGAIN IN HOPES THIS TIME I WILL GET A RESPONSE!

On December I played the lottery on your site and won $322.00 bringing my balance from $286.67 to $619.99.

After I won, I requested a $400.00 withdraw in which I was supposed to receive the money in 10 – 12 days according to your site.

The number I hit was 132 on Dec 2nd, 2021. I played that number 4 times (boxed)

As of to date Dec 26th, 2021, I have not received a dime, let alone a response from this (so-called support team). I am starting to wonder if your site is a SCAM, but before I jump to conclusions, I decided to contact the support team one more time to see if I can at least get some type of response and my payout.

I would like to say this much; I like playing the lottery on-line and I used to do it through another site, but that site is no longer available in the United Stated although they are still available in the other countries. This site was legit, and I always received my payouts with no problem, in addition I was able to speak with someone whether it be by the phone, email or chat, again someone was alway available when I needed them. The only problem I had with them was they just discontinued doing it in the USA.

After some time I searched the Internet to see if there was a similar site that would allow me to play in multiple states and I came across the CryptoPick3 Service and thought I would give you guys a try.

Now what I notice is that you have no problem accepting my credit card deposits, nor did you have a problem taking the $400 from my account when I actually won. I also notice that there is no way to contact you other than email; no phone number to call, and your 24/7 chat line does not work when I click on it. So is this a legit site or what. If not I would like you to send me all the money that I invested and I will leave it at that. If it is legit, I would like my payout of $400 and I will continue to play. Otherwise I'm going to have no other choice but to let others know not to invest because it's a scam.

Now I am willing to wait an additional 10-12 days to receive my payout, which puts me on January 11, 2022, but as far as some type of response I am expecting an immediate response and since today is Sunday I should have some type of response from someone by Monday Dec 27, 2021.

I am going to resend the proof of my winning so that we will be on the same page.

It is now Dec 28, 2021 and I still haven't heard from them nor received my funds.
The only contact information is through their email only.
They have a 24/7 chat line that doesn't work, and they do not have a phone number so I can talk to someone. I either want my payout or all the money that I invested into the company.
I have sent pictures of my winning tickets as proof. They first ticket is my balance before I won the lottery. The winning number for Delaware was for 132. I played that number 4 different times boxed
