This took place at the gem show in Tucson AZ. They sell cosmetics and cosmetic “equipment”. They show you online that the product is valued at $10,000 and then slowly discount down until you agree. If you don’t they keep throwing free products until finally it sounds worthwhile as well as a lifetime guarantee on the equipment (which is some kind of red laser for the skin). Then they have you fill out a paper with your address etc that you MUST fill out or they can’t mail. Of course you are rushing at a show (I was supposed to be working) and just hurry thru the form only to find out there is a no return policy. So that night, I looked them up online and find out the website belongs to someone else, they don’t return phone calls, etc. I went back to the booth the next day and cancelled the order. First they said it already shipped, then I told them that wasn’t possible on the weekend and then they got “the boss” (head of scam: Ran Nabel) and he assured me he’d take care of it. He shipped the box two days later. It was going to my business, so my staff refused it. I had submitted a dispute on my cc but it is currently in the waiting stage to give him a chance to refund….of course he won’t. So what I predict the outcome normally is, that when the cc company is presented with this no refund paper (I will attempt to attach it below) they keep the charge and do not refund. I can only hope my credit card company stands behind me. Wish I used American Express instead of Chase VISA. I will also be reporting them to the Gem Show to see if they can stop them from operating at the shows.

O.K. I had 5 docs to upload and it will only allow me one. Would really like to get the rest to you if there is another way?
