We have purchased a few crystals from this website last year, roughly 10 months ago. The credit card got charged but the product has never been delivered. No tracking number provided. Have tried contacting "Angie" at least 7-8 times via email, calling and even contacting through their ebay store. No response yet. We live in Australia.
