I contacted the business through the website. I received numerous phone calls and texts while I was unavailable. Crystal would not let me come to see the puppy, but only wanted to ship it to me. When I said I would prefer to pick it up, she would not let me do so. She got upset in tone and asked what my problem was. She stated she would not do business with me.
