I ordered a Fitbit from this company but never received anything. I emailed asking about it, and the next day I get a notice that it was shipped (with a shipping code but not company). The day before it was to arrive at my house, they recalled the shipment. Luckily, I had searched all three shipping companies and found the one the tracking number was good for. I had also signed up for email alerts.

After getting the recall message, I emailed CSCEEK for a refund but they never replied. Luckily, I paid through paypal and I used their resolution service to get reimbursed.

I highly recommend NOT buying anything from this site.

I made the unfortunate decision to purchase Google Wifi routers from this "fake" company website. Everything looked legit, but I missed checking my Norton web safe rating for the site. Lesson learned - Valid the site you are purchasing on.

Ultimately I asked for an update on my product, and the company immediately canceled my order and claimed they refunded my money, but the money never was returned. And after digging a bit further, it became more clear through their cancellation policy claiming sale items could not be refunded that this was a scam. In addition, I hovered over many of the items on the website which ultimately contained an empty path redirecting you back to their home page. And I tried calling their customer service line, which rang back as a fast busy.
