Our office received a package a couple of months ago without any receipt or invoice with a product inside. This product is: Transtemp Temp. Cem. Automix 21 g(3refi). It is a product that dentists use for procedures but we are not familiar with this brand, so we opened the package assuming that it was a sample since companies will sometimes send dental office free samples. However, then we receive a letter in the mail that includes an invoice for this product when we never ordered it in the first place. After searching up the company online, we found multiple complaints on their Google reviews where other people have experience either the same thing or something similar. We also attempted to complain and gave the phone numbers a call and no one picked up or the call could not be connected. It is highly suspicious, and we recommend that they get investigated to prevent any future cases where people can potentially get scammed into paying a bill they are not responsible for.
