I ordered online from "Coldwater Creek" 5 sale shirts. My card was charged that evening, and they kept a updated tracking; held up in customs, delay at dock. Then their info was it was delivered here at my house. Sad thing, I really wanted the shirts. I did ask them for a refund and they never acknowledged me,

I ordered a pair of Dr. Marten boots for $49.93. After 3 weeks, I finally got word from them that the item was received by my post office. The post office has no such tracking number. The company refused to refund the amount and said the burden of proof was on me.

ordered 2 laptops..recieved tracking number...said it was delivered after waiting 3 weeks. never recieved laptops. post office said no such tracking number. all fake!

Ordered bike from amazon and it took me to their site where I paid 49 dollars for the item. The item was never delivered. Asking for a refund.

Ordered two pairs of shoes, tracking website said my package was delivered, but it never arrived. Emailed them and they asked me to find them a package and they'd send me mine, then they offered a 10% refund, then a 20% refund. The emails aren't even in the same thread, it's a new response every time, so I've just been going in circles.
