The shoes I bought was not authentic because I had these similar shoes before. They looked different & it didn’t feel right when I tried them on. I emailed them the same day that I received the shoes but they would not let me return. Instead offered 50% off for next order. On their website item eligible for return unused, same condition & original packaging. I’ve sent them photos of shoes, receipt & original packaging. Please help me with this. It is my first time ever to write to ScamPulse.com about a company. Thank you & appreciate your support
