I had been looking online for cowgirl boots for my wedding. I came across 2 pairs i really liked and ordered them on Nov. 29th 2022. After a month had passed and i hadn't gotten them, my fiance checked the order status, and it said delivered, and i had received nothing. I have ordered things before, from different companies, and had no problems receiving the items within a wk. When i contacted them in Feb. 2023, telling them i hadn't received the items, they emailed back on Feb. 3rd, saying they could either re-ship the items or refund me. Seeing that my wedding had already taken place, i immediately emailed them and told them i want the refund. Six emails from me to them and two months later, they still keep saying they're going to send me my refund, but I've received nothing. Please help others from "purchasing" items from this company and not only not receiving said itmes, but also not getting your money back. I know it's only $28.39 that i lost, but if they had 100 people in a week order stuff, that adds up! Thank you!

I ordered multiple items from the website and never received anything. I have been in contact via email and was told numerous times I would get a full refund. They refunded me $8 of the $45.
