Contacted company to store my plant for winter. I asked for a quote which they provided, but the individual I was working with requested that I not pay the deposit via the automated button contained in the quote/invoice. Instead I should make a payment via Venmo. When the payment via Venmo was declined for reasons unknown, I was given a different handle to send in the deposit, but now on CashApp. After completing the deposit, I had other options for winter storage, and hence requested to have a refund. Spoke with the individual I was working with and he promised to provide the refund, but has since switched his phone off and is unreachable. This prompted me to research this company further on google, and there are some negative reviews that are cause for alarm. Seeking to get my deposit back
