I contacted yahoo for support in Sept 2021. They said that I had a trojan virus and charged me $549for "top of the line" virus protection for 2 years. In November 2021, I had an issue and called them for support. They said that I had corrupted drivers and charged me $400 for service support. They contacted me on 3/8/22 and said that the company that sold me these services had gone out of business and they were refunding my money. They "accidentally" deposited $2000 in my account. I was told that I would have to go get two $500 visa gift cards and refund them the overage they paid me. They locked my computer and I'm out $2,049. I called back and the number is disconnected. I told them that that I was aware that they were scamming me and I was chastised for saying such a thing. Burn in hell, towelheads

Customer's computer locked up with message on screen to call phonenumber because computer was at grave risk of being compromised and personal records and banking at great risk. Scammer very cleverly explained that computer was not secure with a fire wall and that the technician would help customer get it resolved. After much remote maneuvering of computer screen by technician, customer felt "backed into a corner" to give them credit card info to fix the problem. Customer gave credit card info and did infact authorize the transaction. Bank could not help customer because customer gave permission to scammer to process. Customer should have simply turned off computer!

I am sorry to deny this but CTIC seems to be a legit company as they have been giving service to me since 2015.
