I have not been able to obtain a refund on a returned item. I received the package and I returned it on 1/6/22 to the address that was on the original package but the company, Ctronics, is contending that the package was returned to the incorrect address. I previously requested where should product be returned and I was told to return package to a location in California. The package had a return address in Jamaica, NY so I sent two emails asking which return address is the correct one. I waited 4-5 days for a response before returning the package to the address on the original package.

I sent emails providing proof of delivery to the Jamaica location but company finally responded today indicating that the package has to be returned to California. I have been calling the Jamaica warehouse but have not been able to reach anyone. I have asked the company to contact the warehouse but have not gotten any assistance. Therefore, I am requesting any assistance with respect to trying to obtain a refund for $557.97. Also, provided info to credit card company. ** *************************** *** *************
