They said they were CTS and were offering a great deal on Christmas merchandise. I ordered a bunch of items and they sent a tracking number, but the first time the items were said to arrive a few blocks away from my house in a field. I checked and the items were not there. I asked for a refund and they offered to resend the items. I said ok. The next tracking number didn't work at all. I asked the company for some assistance in finding my items. They send me several tracking links showing my items were in transit. A few weeks later, I asked what was the hold up with shipping. I was told the items arrived (in another state) and to check outside and with my neighbors for the items. I told them the address was incorrect, to which they told me my info was wrong. I corrected them and requested a refund. Then they started to negotiate how much I should get back. First it was half, then 60 percent then 80 percent. Now they are offering a refund but without $10- supposedly for shipping (to which it was free on my end). I've never had to work so hard to receive a refund for something I ordered, paid for but never received. It's a truly frustrating. Plus, the email address they gave me sometimes works, and sometimes doesn't work. It's completely crazy.
