Cube survey sent me a check to purchase walmart gift cards and write about my experience going through that transaction. The check sent to me ended up being a fake, as i found out over a week later. I was scammed out of money for purchase of walmart gift cards. These scammers are awful, do not work with them. I was originally contacted somehow by a trusted contact in my linkedin contacts. This message was then deleted somehow by the scammers after the scam took place and i lost the money.

I was contacted to do some retail Mystery shopping. I was sent a check to cash and purchase Wal-Mart Gift cards. While there, I was to fill out a shopping survey. I was then asked to send copies of the gift cards (front and back) along with the shopping report. A few days later my bank informed me the check was bad, and when I checked balances on the gift cards they were at 0.

3: Proceed to the nearest store with Walmart Gift Cards or eBay Gift Cards

(The cards are available at Walmart Stores, CVS/pharmacy, Walgreens, 7 Eleven, Best Buy, Dollar General, etc.)

4: Purchase 4 WALMART GIFT CARDS or WALMART VISA GIFT CARDS or eBay GIFT CARDS at the store.

5: Go to the register and add cash of $500 to each card. $500 X 4 = $2000

Note: If the $500 Gift Card is not available, then you may purchase/load other denominations ($100, $250, $300, $400 etc.)

to total $2000 which is required for the assignment.

6: Evaluate the quality of customer service delivery, condition, and arrangement of cards at the store and fill out your observation in the Feedback Section below (Page 3).

Note: Under no circumstance should you acknowledge that you are evaluating their services as that will deter the purpose of the program. If asked if you are a mystery shopper, kindly answer NO. FEEDBACK: I am lucky that I decided to do research on this company! The check is due to arrive at my home today 4/12/18. I will not be depositing this check into my account. If it is any way for me to submit this check to help catch this woman please advise.

My husband received an invite through linked in from a co-worker stating that we should try this mystery shop. After accessing the website and filling out an application, he was contacted via email stating that he was approved to be a mystery shopper and his first assignment was on the way. We received a check and the assignment in the mail. We cashed the check and purchased three Walmart Gift Cards per the assignment sheet. We photographed the gift cards and sent them to the email requested along with the shop details. The cards were to be held to be used for the next assignment. We later found out that the check has been returned from the bank and the gift cards were at a zero balance. We are out over $3300 as well as a co worker who is out $4500.
