Placed order and was able to track it for 30 days where it ended up at a "sorting facility" in a my tiny country town for 3 days and then I got a text saying it couldn't deliver and gave me a barcode from USPS saying to reschedule to deliver. I did but then called the USPS to see if they even had it 3 days later cuz it also said I owed more delivery chargers. The text came from a Canadian number and I tried calling it but no answer nor no voicemail set up. Called the post office and it's not even a US tracking number they gave me. I reached out to the company and they apologized and said would send out another package on March 5 and even gave me another china tracking number. I tried tracking it 3 days later but couldn't because website said the number wasn't correct. I reached back out and they said it was in customs to be patient. I reached out the next day and they said it was delivered on March 1 with the new tracking number. I emailed again with all this confusion and frustrating and them they said they would refund me 70% back. It's a total scam

I frequently shop at Love in Faith, and a sale was advertised on Facebook. I ordered 21 t-shirts and sweatshirts from what I thought was love in Faith. My receipt even states Love in Faith. I knew something was wrong when the items were shipped from China and took 30 days. There has been no delivery. Cubitile tells me it was delivered by local carriers. In my city, the local carriers are USPS, FedEx, and UPS. I have contacted all three with my tracking number, and no package was found. Now, I see on the Internet that Cubitile is a scam, but I did not see this prior to ordering. I even purchased insurance on the package. I have contacted the company twice, and have asked for a refund. this is a complete scam, and I would like for something to be done!

I ordered from this company, although they made it appear as if it was from another company. The order was shipped, supposedly twice, and marked as delivered but I never received anything. They only offered me a 70% refund which I have yet to receive. They also would not tell me who their courier was.
